Bordeaux winemaker Jean-Michel Garcion (hence the name J`M) creates this Rosé according to his own tastes and preferences. A fruity, enjoyable wine, full of freshness and finesse. White exotic fruits merging with tangy red berries. Easy drinking, seductive but also very interesting – a real “Gastro Rosé” compared to standard supermarket or wine-bar offerings.
A blend of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% of the very rare Castets. Castets is an ancient, almost extinct grape from the Pyrenees. Often called “the winemaker’s grape”, being difficult to grow but also providing something different to the wine. And, finally to wrap it all up J`M comes in a luxurious package – eye catching sleek glass bottle with a diamond shaped bottom and glass stopper. To enjoy in its youth, as an aperitif or with one of those special summer meals.
