This is classic Sancerre Blanc for those that love Sauvignon, whether with the local Chavignol goats cheese or all those fish and sea food dishes. The 2018 has the usual lime and citrus fruits and a lovely freshness while young but with plenty of minerality to develop more complex flavours with a little maturity.
