Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette

If you are looking for a change from Chardonnay or Sauvignon Blanc for your “Fish on Friday” meal, then why not try this blend of white sunshine grapes from the Rhône valley?  Old vines growing in a sun-drenched bowl on the lower slopes of the famous Mont Ventoux, aged in part new French oak barrels, to produce this wine of class and difference.
Total assemblage of 60% Grenache blanc, 25% Roussanne and 15% Clairette creates a wine with the appearance of clear shining pale gold. A complex nose of white flowers and honeysuckle with hints of sandalwood and citrus. A clean, crisp minerality on the palate with big hits of passion and Kiwi fruits. A long savoury and complex finish.
This wine has the breeding to accompany any white meats, strong cheeses and spicy foods, as well as having the class and nuances to accompany your favourite fish or shellfish dishes.
“Fish on Friday”  – try something different –  white Rhône wine sunshine wine from Mont Ventoux!”
